Never tired of blue and white – Sadler brigadoon teapot 1970s

There is an old myth of a village in the Scottish Highlands, called Brigadoon. It is unaffected by time and remote from reality. It is invisible and under a spell – but once every hundred years, it appears for a day of joy, love and celebration. If you happen upon it, you can stay, but if you leave, all will disappear forever!

This little Sadler teapot has a “Brigadoon” pattern. It is a cute little 1/2 pint “Shoulder” teapot in a charming hexagonal shape. Perfect for a quiet afternoon by yourself with a book… you can find the listing here in my Vintage shop.
